Suzanne Givler has a Professional Engineering license in Environmental Engineering. Her engineering experience has been primarily in distribution system water quality and hydraulic modeling, using GIS, Infowater, and SWMM. Previous experience included water treatment plant optimization and computer programming.
She has worked with data using SQL, R, water information management systems, hydraulic modeling software, event monitoring software, SAS, Excel, and more.
Her previous utility operations experience with Boulder, CO as water quality special projects lead enables her to combine the practical with the theoretical in solving water problems with technology.

Mark Mathis is a nationally accredited water audit validator who spent his career at the Texas Water Development Board leading the state’s water loss validation team. He authored the Texas Water Loss Manual for Texas Utilities and helped build the standardized methodology Texas utilities still use today. He serves on both the National and Texas AWWA Water Loss Control Committees.

Jake Peck is a Professional Engineer and solutions architect who has built integrated data systems across the water, wastewater, and transportation industries. He holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a master’s in mechanical engineering from Drexel.
His focus is on where utility engineering meets enterprise software — data standards, automated workflows, and reporting systems. He loves to help utilities build processes around the changes in enterprise systems to support the people. It’s not just about software but: people, process, and technology.
